About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Business Applications Developer to design, build, and optimize business applications, automation systems, dashboards, and cloud integrations using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and provide actionable business intelligence. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop secure, reliable, and high-impact applications across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Own
Power BI & Business Intelligence
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Build scalable data models using DAX and Power BI best practices.
Deliver reporting solutions across:
Operations
HR
Finance
Internal business systems
Optimize dashboard performance, refresh reliability, and user experience.
Translate business data into actionable insights.
Power Platform & Workflow Automation
Develop advanced Power Automate workflows and process automations.
