About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Postgres to build and ship features across a modern client portal.

You’ll own features from design through production, working across the frontend, backend, database, and integrations as needed. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to think beyond the happy path, build reliable features, and improve the codebase as you go.

You’ll work closely with a small engineering and product team, receiving fast feedback and having significant ownership over what you build.

What You’ll Own

End-to-End Feature Development

Take features from design prototype through production

Build frontend interfaces using TypeScript, React, and Next.js

Handle route handlers, database migrations, emails, and UI as part of a complete feature

Work across candidate profiles, roles and candidates pages, interview flows, billing, and other portal features

Ensure features are production-ready rather than focused only on the happy path

Data & UI Resilience

Build features that handle real-world data and edge cases

Account for empty states, error states, long names, lengthy CVs, and multiple applications

Ensure UI states are clear, intentional, and user-friendly
